  - Private boat dock equipped with: complimentary canoes and lifejackets in various sizes.
  
  - The lake is beautifully clear and suitable for swimming, but this is at your own risk and requires adult supervision, especially for children.
  

• Check-in is in person for a warm and seamless arrival.

• Please share your estimated arrival time in advance.

• The access road is private and gated, ensuring privacy and tranquillity throughout your stay, a member of our team will meet you at the private road’s barrier and guide you to the villa.

Two uncovered parking spaces are available directly outside the villa on the private road.

A car is highly recommended for getting around comfortably. We can arrange a private chauffeur or provide car rental recommendations upon request.

To reach the villa, guests must walk down two semi-steep ramps (as shown in the listing photos) to access the property at lake level.

These ramps may require extra caution and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
